Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and cleaning schedules.
Late check-out after 10:20 AM without prior notice will result in an £85 fee, deducted from the deposit.

💳 Security Deposit
A refundable £150 security deposit is required before arrival. It will be returned within 7 days after departure, provided there is no damage, missing items, or policy breach.
